The free GUI tier keeps every session visible:

  • Supported agent integrations
  • Live session status in the Session Dock and Sessions tab
  • Completion sound, macOS notifications, and basic alert controls
  • Usage tracking

It notifies but never moves your keyboard. The Session Dock shows every session and its status; peeking at one, or returning to it — whole application, terminal tab, or pane — is a Pro feature.

A new install includes a 14-day Pro trial. When it ends the app keeps working on the GUI tier; nothing is uninstalled and no key is required.

Pro

Pro adds the workflows that need exact session control or multiple workspaces:

  • Returning to a session at all: whole application, terminal tab, and exact pane
  • Peeking at a session on hover to raise its window without committing to it
  • Codex Desktop thread and Conductor workspace return
  • Additional focus strategies
  • Worktrees and advanced Session Dock workflows
  • CLI and SSH workflows
  • Screen-share protection and other advanced controls

Feature availability can also depend on the operating system and installed apps.
