What the Usage Tab Shows

• Rolling progress bars for quota windows
• Remaining percentages
• Recent session usage snapshots
• Pin/unpin controls for tray visibility

Pin Quotas to the Menu Bar Tray

1. Open the Usage tab.
2. Click the pin icon on quotas you care about most.
3. Those pinned quotas appear in the menu bar tray.

Pinned rows include status color, remaining percent, and compact quota labels.

Tray Behavior

• Clicking a pinned quota in the tray opens the Usage tab.
• back2vibing refreshes usage data right away after that click.
• A Last Updated row appears in the tray with the latest refresh time.

Refresh Cadence

• Usage quotas refresh automatically on a regular interval (default: every 10 minutes).
• Use Refresh Data in the Usage tab any time you want an immediate update.

Recommended Routine

1. Review quotas before launching a long run.
2. Pin the limits you care about most.
3. Keep tray indicators visible while running multiple agents.

Result

You always know when to keep going, switch providers, or pause before hitting limits.
