Troubleshooting

Session Not Restoring Focus

• Confirm Focus is enabled.
• Validate app target names/bundle IDs.
• Check that your agent emits completion events.

Missing Sessions in Sessions Tab

• Refresh the tab.
• Confirm session registration path is active.
• Verify your run mode (local, worktree, or SSH) matches expected workflow.

Tray Controls Look Incomplete

• Confirm your license/tier is active.
• Some tray actions (Session Dock and Recent Sessions) require Pro.
• Pin at least one quota in Usage to show usage rows in tray.

Update Check Shows Nothing

• If no update exists, you will not see an install prompt.
• Use Check for Updates… from the tray to force a manual check.
• Verify your channel in General settings (stable vs alpha).

Sounds or Focus Seem Disabled

• Check System Enabled in Focus tab and tray.
• Check Sound Muted in Focus tab and tray.
• If screen share protection is enabled, focus/sounds are suppressed while sharing.

Sync Problems

• Prefer --mode apply for normal runs.
• Resolve git conflicts in Local Repo, then retry.
• Avoid overwrite mode unless intentionally force-aligning.

SSH Workflow Issues

• Re-test raw SSH login first.
• Verify tmux availability for watcher mode.
• Enable wrapper debug logging for hook transport diagnostics.

• Share minimal repro details in Discord.
