back2vibing - AI Agent Orchestration for Claude Code ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides the back2vibing - AI Agent Orchestration for Claude Code desktop application and related services (collectively, the "Services") subject to the following Terms of Service. By downloading, installing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the back2vibing - AI Agent Orchestration for Claude Code application for your personal or internal business use.

Free GUI License: The standard version of the application ("GUI License") is provided free of charge.

Pro License Trial: New users are eligible for a one-time, 7-day free trial of the Pro features. After the trial period expires, access to Pro features will be locked unless a license is purchased.

2. Data and Privacy

Local Storage: You acknowledge that the Services allow you to store data locally on your device. You are solely responsible for backing up your data. We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from device failure, theft, or other local issues.

Network Connectivity: You acknowledge that the application may require an internet connection for specific functions, including license validation and software updates.

3. Payments and Refunds

Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Polar.sh. Polar.sh is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

Refunds: All sales are final. Since we provide a free 7-day trial of the Pro features to allow you to fully evaluate the software before purchase, we do not offer refunds.

4. Updates

We may provide updates to the application to add features or fix bugs. These updates may be downloaded automatically or upon your request, depending on your settings.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the application.
  • Bypass or attempt to bypass the license validation mechanisms.
  • Use the application for any illegal purpose.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free or that it will meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, back2vibing - AI Agent Orchestration for Claude Code shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, or any loss of data or profits resulting from your use or inability to use the Services.
